應用TRIZ技術發展「產品使用性問題設計方向釐清方法」

本研究旨在開發產品使用性問題設計方向的釐清方法，並驗證其有效性。所謂的使用性問題是指產品讓使用者使用時，使用者所提出的產品使用問題點。若使用性問題可以被釐清並妥善改良產品，則產品成功的機會必然大增。此「產品使用性問題設計方向釐清方法」(Design Directions (Goals) Clarifying Approach，DDCA)的定義為在啟發式評估法中加入「TRIZ-九宮格」、「最終理想解(IFR)」，由發現使用性問題、問題編碼、利用九宮格邏輯推演分析使用性問題，利用九宮格進行最終理想解進行有效資源判斷，最後依據有效資源方向歸納設計方向。本研究以輪椅案例為例演練DDCA，以驗證DDCA的有效性。本研究獲得之結論如下:提出(1)藉由九宮格法、最終理想解等工具，驗證DDCA確實具有找出產品使用性問題設計方向。(2)所提出的DDCA方法能幫助設計師與開發人員在開發產品的階段，有一釐清使用者問題之設計方向的系統規則可遵循。因此本研究建議在產品使用性問題中可採用DDCA來釐清的設計方向，以增加產品開發成功的機會。

The purpose of this study aims to develop products using the design direction of clarifying issues method and verify its effectiveness. The use of so-called problem is the product to users, the user of the product use of the proposed point . ( 2 ) DDCA proposed method can help designers and developers in the development stage of the product , there is a question to clarify the design direction of the user system rules to follow in order to shorten the design time . Therefore, this study suggests that use of the product in question can be used to clarify the design direction DDCA in order to increase the chances of success of product development.
