近年來,休閒觀光產業逐漸成為最重要的產業之一,國人從事休閒旅遊相關活動中,同時結合休閒與養生泡湯為最受喜好的項目之一,日本溫泉旅館在經營策略上大大的影響台灣的業者,因此本研究主要是要探討哪些關鍵成功因素決定日本溫泉旅館之成敗,並希望能夠提供給國內溫泉旅館業者在經營上做參考。本研究為了探討日本溫泉旅館的關鍵成功因素,主要從兩個構面「網頁服務構面」和「溫泉旅館基本構面」進行評估與分析,主要資料由溫泉休閒旅遊網站收集並進行問卷調查,其中網頁服務構面包含九個因素,溫泉旅館基本構面包含十個因素。首先利用相關分析找出該研究因素與溫泉旅館住房總額的相關程度,最後進行迴歸分析以找出主要的關鍵成功因素。結果顯示在網頁服務構面其主要關鍵成功因素為網頁搜尋的快速及網頁的使用滿意度,在溫泉旅館基本構面則為地點、溫泉種類、定價策略,因此溫泉旅館的經營策略可從兩個構面五個關鍵成功因素著手,會有更高的競爭優勢。
The recreation tour industry becomes one of the most important industries gradually, in recent years. Combining recreation and hot spring is most people favorite of recreation tour actions. However, the management of hot spring hotel has most influence to Taiwan’s hotel. Hence, this paper want to discover what key success factors for management of hot spring hotel in Japan and provides those key success factors to hot spring hotel in Taiwan. This paper evaluates and analysis key success factors form “Web service surface” and “basic of hot spring hotel surface” in order to find the key success factors of hot spring hotel in Japan. The data collected from web pages of hot spring hotel and questionnaire. There are nine factors in “Web service surface” and there are ten factors in “basic of hot spring hotel surface”. First, this paper used the correlation analysis to find the Pearson Correlation of each factor and housing rate. Finally, finding the key success factors by Regression analysis. The result shows key success factors are web search fast and web page satisfactory in “Web service surface”. And the key success factors are location, hot types and price tactic in “basic of hot spring hotel surface”. Hence, when manage the hot spring hotel must consider the five key success factors; it will have the best competition vantage.
