休閒活動對工作的影響近年來在許多文獻受到廣泛的討論,本研究的主要目在探討不同人口統計變項在休閒生活型態之差異、不同人口統計變項在工作生活品質之差異以及休閒生活型態與工作生活品質的關聯性,本研究將休閒生活型態分為「工作本位者」、「家庭本位者」、「喜好運動者」、「戶外遊憩者」、「虛擬娛樂者」、「人際導向者」等六類,工作生活品質分為「公司制度」、「家庭與工作」、「工作環境」、「人際關係」、「工作尊榮」、「薪資福利」以及「工時與工作量」七個構面。問卷調查時間為2006年4月~5月間,共計發放250份問卷,回收有效問卷192份。而分析方法為描述性統計與結構方程模型分析。研究結果顯示不同人口統計變項在休閒生活型態部分呈現顯著差異,而部分人口統計變項在工作生活品質亦呈現部份顯著差異,最後休閒生活型態對工作生活品質呈現部分假設獲得支持。
It is widely recognized that leisure activity has a powerful impact on work. This study investigates the relationships among leisure lifestyle and quality of work life. After reviewing the literature, leisure lifestyle was categorized into ” work-enjoy”, “homebody”, “sport-loving”, “outdoor-recreations”, “Fictitious-player”, “social-orientationists” and quality of work life was categorized into “company's system”, “family and work”, “working environment”, “interpersonal relationships”, “work rank and honour”, “wages and welfare”, “man-hour and work load”. According to 192 effective questionnaires and using descriptive statistics and structural equation model to analysis the relationships among leisure lifestyle and quality of work life. The research results are following: 1. Different demography is related to leisure lifestyle and quality of work life. 2. Leisure lifestyle is positively related to quality of work life.
