數位學習管理系統與個人屬性對使用者滿意度之研究－以台灣知識庫數位學堂為例

摘要

科技在數位學習的發展當中所扮演的角色日益重要，尤其當新一代的科技媒體所提供的互動性功能越來越強大，而多媒體以及電腦網路使得學習工具日益簡便。
本研究的主要目的希望藉由數位學習管理系統使用者的使用成效，進而了解使用者所重視的數位學習管理系統品質各個面向，並檢驗數位學習管理系統使用者學習滿意度如何，同時剖析數位內容、個人屬性以及數位學習使用者學習滿意度之間的關係，以提供給數位學習業者作為經營線上學習網站的發展方向。
本研究資料是以台灣知識庫數位學堂台中分校之四類門課程（升學考試、就業證照、終身學習與外語學習）數位學習使用者作為研究對象，進行非同步與混合兩種數位學習管理系統型態學習滿意度的研究，總計共發放490份問卷，計有412份有效問卷，並對蒐集資料進行統計分析。
本研究以數位學習管理系統的型態與使用者個人屬性作為自變數，探討對於不同數位型態間使用者的學習滿意度的影響。研究結果發現，性別、教育程度對數位學習管理系統的選擇有顯著差異，而不同數位學習管理系統的型態對課程教材、教師教學方式與人際關係有顯著差異，此外，不同的課程學習者對於學習環境、行政品質、課程教材、教師教學方式與人際關係有顯著差異，在個人屬性部分，性別、教育程度、職業、婚姻狀況對使用者來說，均會影響數位學習使用者的學習滿意度。並依據研究所得結果，提供數位學習業者以及後續研究者建議。

Technology plays a critical role in the development of E-learning. Technology has become an increasingly important issue, especially when the interactions that new modern technological media bring have become stronger and stronger, in addition to the fact that multimedia and computer networks are considered as helpful learning tools which facilitate learning processes.
The main purpose of the study was to obtain a better understanding of all diverse dimensions about the quality factors of Learning Management System (LMS) that users pay attention to through investigating LMS users’ effectiveness. In addition, this study examined LMS users’ satisfaction as well as analyzed the relationships among the contents of e-learning, personal attributes, and users’ satisfaction. The results of the present study will contribute to E-learning program providers for future E-learning website development.
