本研究旨在研究學習者與教師使用數位學習平台進行學習時所需的幫助,進而推論出教學助理在其中的幫助,以供未來建置數位學習平台之學校作為參考。本研究以教授與修習長榮大學遠距課程之教師、教學助理與學生為研究對象。針對教師與教學助理採用訪談法,學生則採取問卷調查法。 問卷調查法之研究工具為自編量表「數位學習平台構面之探究問卷」,分為五個構面:「系統介面及學習平台運作」、「課程設計、教學與評量」、「教師教學態度及方法」、「個人學習成效」與「教學助理」。 研究之母群體為修習長榮大學遠距課程之學生,採用線上填答問卷的方式,資料分析方法以SPSS進行描述統計的資料分析、重要性程度分析與變項顯著性考驗。而教師與教學助理則採用訪談的方式進行資料的蒐集。 本研究結果歸納出五項結論,提供學校與教師使用數位學習平台進行教學時的參考。
The purpose of this study aims on the need of the learners when studying on the E-Learning platform and then inferring to the aid from teacher assistants in it, providing to build the E-Learning platform as reference resources. The study samples are the teachers and teacher assistants teaching the distance education and the students studying the distance education of CHANG JUNG CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY. Teachers and teacher assistants are interviewed in this research, while students are taken by questionnaires. The self-compiling questionnaires are used as the instrument about the reflection of the teacher and the students taking part of courses in the distance education of the CHANG JUNG CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY with Likert-type five-point scale. This study investigates the significance of five aspects in the student’s questionnaires: the interface of the system and the design of the learning platform, the design of courses and teacher, the teacher attribute and methods of the teachers, the performance of personal learning, and teacher assistants. The students studying the distance education are the subjects. And investigation through on-line questionnaires is adopted as the research method. The analysis methods of data adopt Descriptive Statistic Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability and Reliability Analysis, Analysis of Variance to sum up the function of the teacher assistants in E-Learning system. This study concludes five results which can provide the school and teachers as references when teaching through E-Learning Platform.
