數位學習特性對學習滿意度之影響-探討學習知覺之中介效果

The Effects of Characteristics of e-learning on Employee Satisfaction: The Mediating Role of Perception of e-learning

摘要


數位學習(E-learning)逐漸成為企業教育訓練的重要工具,而國內實證發現多數企業員工對數位學習滿意度不高,員工使用頻率亦低,所以如何提高員工數位學習的滿意度是相當重要的議題。研究者經由訪談與文獻整理後,嘗試建構影響員工數位學習態度之理論模式,該模式的主要內涵是數位學習特性會影響員工學習的知覺,進而影響員工學習滿意度。本研究以立意抽樣方式調查了12家施行數位學習企業的員工,回收有效問卷184份,並採用LISREL因徑分析進行契合度檢驗。本研究並針對研究結果進行討論。

With the rapid change in all types of working environment, there is a need to implement e-learning to train people in new technologies, products, and services. However, the large investment in e-learning system has made user acceptance becoming a critical issue s. We therefore proposed a theoretical model, characteristics of e-learning, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, to extend the technology acceptance model (TAM) in explaining employees' decisions to accept e-learning. Based on a sample of 184 employees taken from 12 companies, the results strongly support the extended TAM in predicting employees' satisfaction to use e-learning.
