以Fuzzy AHP建立經營數位學習網站之決策支援流程

摘要


資訊及網路科技的快速進步,促成網際網路的普及與發展。多媒體壓縮技術使影像、聲音、圖文及視訊在線上快速傳輸及被下載,多媒體數位內容因而成為網路應用的主流。其中具有隨選隨看特性的數位影片(Video on demand),使得經由線上的數位學習方式更加擁有及時性與便利性的優勢。因此探討並發現經營優質數位學習網站的成功因素,對於數位學習產業的發展經營有極大的助益,這也是本研究的主要目的。 本研究首先經由整理相關文獻建立層級架構,然後透過層級架構分析法製作問卷,回收有效問卷後執行資料處理與分析。針對受訪者整體評價結果顯示,數位學習網站的授課者是否是「該領域名師」最受重視,其次為「專業化人士」。此外網站的「保密機制」是否安全,個人資料有否受到隱私保護;數位教材是否「收費合理」。還有對於數位學習網站所提供系統品質,如快速清楚搜尋之「可得性(速度)」,操作介面的「可用性(易用)」,具線上辭典、講義下載等功能之「具超連結性」及能否依不同學習者需求之「客製化學習」,這些都是選擇數位學習網站之消費者所重視的因素。最後業者還要注意資訊來源具備「版權合法」與建立完善「學習資料庫」供學習者使用,如此才可創造優質的數位學習網站。

The rapid advancement of information and network technology enabled the development and pervasion of Internet-based applications. The multimedia compression algorithm allows speedy online data transmission and down-loading for image, audio, text and video files and thus let digital contents becomes the mainstream in the Internet-based applications. Among them, the emerging “video-on-demand” offering underpins the online E-learning applications with the advantage in the area of timeliness and convenience. Success factors how to run an excellent E-learning website with a view to promote the development of E-learning business. This is the motivation and the objective what this study based on. Through literature review we set up the hierarchical framework for multi-objective decision marking, and design the survey instrument in favor of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), to collect data for processing and analysis. The outcome of this study indicates that the most crucial factor lies in whether the lecturers make presence in E-learning programs are so –called “Master teachers” in his domain, follows is whether he/she be “personal of specialization.” Besides, featuring network security mechanism to protect privacy data; selling digital learning-kit with reasonable price; providing E-learning website with versatile functions such as: access to search engine, ease of human-machine interface, hyperlink connection to online diction city and downloadable file; as well as customization are also priority factors that user considers in signing up an E-learning website. Other important factors such as the copy right ownership of digital contents and abundant learning database are also prerequisite for the successful operations of an excellent E-learning website.
