基層員警休閒生活型態與休閒活動參與之研究~以屏東縣為例
The research of basic police leisure life style and leisure activity participation – Example of Pingtung county
摘要
本研究主要目的為探討屏東縣基層員警休閒生活型態與休閒活動參與現況及分析。本研究以問卷調查進行資料蒐集，總計發放問卷400份，回收393份，有效問卷回收率達98.25%。進行資料數據以次數分配、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、事後分析比較，來描述資料分配情形；再以半結構晤談方式，補量化資料之不足。 茲將研究發現如下： 一、不同背景變項之屏東縣基層員警對於休閒生活型態整體認知情形，以家庭型休閒活動最高；其次為娛樂型、社交需求型。 二、在不同背景變項之屏東縣基層員警休閒活動參與類型，女性員警從事知識型活動高於男性；年齡51歲以上之基層員警在娛樂休閒參與有 顯著性差異；內勤員警在知識型、技藝嗜好、家庭型顯著多於外勤；婚姻會影響其戶外型休閒；親水地區、平原地區在從事知識休閒活動有顯著多於親山地區。至於教育、配階、服務單位在休閒參與無顯著性差異。 三、本研究發現不同個人背景變項之屏東縣基層員警其休閒活動參與動機以社交需求占有明顯差異。 四、在影響屏東縣基層員警休閒型態與工作壓力相關情形方面，本研究發現知識型活動與技藝型活動無法減輕其工作壓力，其戶外型、娛樂型、體育型、社交型、家庭型可紓緩其工作壓力。 依據研究結果，本研究對政府相關單位及未來後續研究 提出建議，期望能對基層員警生活型態深入了解或體驗 其實際勤務方式進而探究休閒參與情形。

The main purpose of this research is to discuss & analyze the leisure life style and leisure activity participation of Pingtung county basic police. The data collection of this research is by questionnaire survey, total questionnaire provided was 400 returned by 393, and the effective questionnaire return rate reaches 98.25%. The data descriptions were based on the frequency distribution, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and posthoc analysis; and then by an interview to make up the insufficiency of the quantification material. The discovery of this research to be as follows: First, the overall leisure life style cognition to the different background of Pingtung county basic police is mainly focus on family type activity. The next is entertainment and public relations demand activities. Second, the female police engaged in the knowledge activity is higher than the male police in compare with the different background of Pingtung county basic police’s leisure activity participation type. There also have significant difference in the entertainment leisure activities participation for those basic polices age above 51 years old. The office work polices are interested in the knowledge type, skills type & family type leisure activities than the field police. The marriage influences its outdoors leisure activity. In the water affinity area & the plain area are being engaged in the knowledge leisure activity which noticeably more than the mountain area. As regards to the education, position and service unit, these have not obvious differences in leisure activity participation. Third, this research discovered different background of individual of Pingtung county basic police; its leisure activity participation motive holds the obvious difference by the public relations demand. Fourth, the correlation between leisure activity and working pressure of Pingtung County basic police, this research has found the knowledge type activity and skills type activity are not helpful to reduce the working pressure. However, the outdoors, entertainment, sports, public relations and the family type activities are helpful in working pressure relief. Based on the findings, this research will put forward the proposal to the government correlation unit and the future following research, expected will be able to live the state thorough understanding to the basic unit police or experiences its actual service way then inquisition leisure participation situation.
