警務人員休閒參與、工作績效與工作滿意關係之研究─以南投縣政府警察局為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討警務人員休閒參與、工作績效與工作滿意之關係,採用問卷調查法,以南投縣政府警察局之警務人員為研究對象,依比例分配與立意取樣方式,進行樣本抽樣,先將個人變項之8個要素設為自變項,並以休閒參與、工作績效、工作滿意為依變項,探討其間差異性;其次探討研究變項間的相關性;再以休閒參與、工作績效為自變項,視工作滿意為依變項,探討其影響關係。 本研究總計發放問卷500份,回收479份,問卷回收率高達95.8%,剔除無效問卷78份,共計有效問卷401份,有效問卷比率達83.7%。針對401份有效問卷,以描述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析。研究結果顯示:在個人變項對休閒參與之差異性,不同年齡、服務年資、警察教育、工作職位及職務性質之警務人員在休閒參與上達顯著差異;在個人變項對工作績效之差異性,不同婚姻、年齡、服務年資及服務單位層級之警務人員在工作績效上達顯著差異;在個人變項對工作滿意之差異性,不同年齡、服務單位層級之警務人員在工作滿意上達顯著差異。在相關分析方面,警務人員的休閒參與和工作績效、休閒參與和工作滿意、工作績效和工作滿意兩兩間均呈現顯著正相關。在廻歸分析部分,警務人員的休閒參與和工作績效對工作滿意確有顯著的影響解釋力。 最後,綜整本研究實證發現,提出綜合建議,供警政機關、警務人員與後續研究者,作為未來管理及運用之參考。

The objective of this research is to explore the relationships among leisure participation, work performance, and job satisfaction for police staffs of Nantou County Police Bureau. This research adopted questionnaire survey methodology using proportional apportionment and judgment sampling to sample the data from the police staffs. First, eight individual variables are set as independent variables, and leisure participation, work performance, and job satisfaction are set as dependent variables to investigate the differences and correlations among those variables. Moreover, leisure participation and work performance are set as independent variables, and job satisfaction is set as dependent variable to investigate the relationship of impact. In this research, 500 questionnaires are distributed, and 479 answered questionnaires are returned, with 95.8% response rate. Since there are 78 invalid questionnaires, there are total 401 valid questionnaires adopted by this research, with 83.7% valid response rate. Besides, the statistical analysis methods, such as descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, T-test for independent samples, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis are applied to analyze 401 valid questionnaires. The findings of this research are as following: For individual variables in leisure participation, there are significant differences on age, year of service, education, job position, and work characteristic. Also, for individual variables in work performance, there are significant differences on marriage status, age, year of service, and the level of service department. Furthermore, for individual variables in job satisfaction, there are significant differences on age and the level of service department. In the correlation analysis, there is significant correlation for any pair among leisure participation, work performance and job satisfaction. Moreover, in regression analysis, there is significant impact on job satisfaction caused by leisure participation and work performance. In conclusion, there are some research findings and suggestions provided to related police departments, police staffs and future researchers as references for management and applications.
