摘 要 台灣地區自2001年實施周休二日制度起,國人休閒旅遊的活動較以往增加許多,民宿產業在伴隨著休閒旅遊活動的熱絡成長下,已如雨後春筍般地發展。綜觀國內民宿產業的發展,吾人認為民宿產業確實具有一定程度的發展空間,未來當如何運用其獨特不同的風格,引導民宿走出有別於傳統旅宿業的經營模式,為民宿產業建立永續發展契機,為當重要的課題之一。 民宿產業既是當前休閒旅遊的重要產業,同時具有必須親近消費者的經營需求,本研究冀以了解目前民宿經營者可能面臨之經營管理問題所在,專業的民宿經營者必須具備何種管理智能,以及發掘專業民宿經營者迫切需要的在職訓練內涵等課題。爰此,本研究主要探討民宿經營者對職能之認知、評估民宿經營者之訓練與需求、分析民宿經營者對職能之認知與訓練需求之關係,並將研究結果轉化成訓練課程提供相關單位及民宿經營者,做為規劃參考與建議之用。 經研究結果發現: 一、職能認知與訓練需求有正向關係 二、職能評估與訓練需求有正向關係 三、人口變數對職能認知與訓練需求有顯著差異 四、專兼業別對職能認知與訓練需求有顯著差異 五、民宿規模對職能認知與訓練需求有顯著差異 六、民宿屬性對職能認知與訓練需求有顯著差異 關鍵詞:民宿、職能認知、職能評估、職能分析、訓練需求
Abstract Owing to the amendment to the regulation for two days’ leave per week in 2001, the outdoor activities had got more and more popular in Taiwan. Therefore, the role of home stay industry had become important. It went with outdoor activities and played a particular feature. In order to facilitate the development of home stay industry, the research regards rural area as the core district. The research goals include(a)discussing home stay industrial development theory,(b)finding out the home stay industrial problem,(c)discussing management intelligence in home stay business,(d)analyzing the relationship between training planning and substantial demand, and(e)drawing up strategies to improve the professional ability of home stay manager. The research findings are as follow, (a)the positive correlation between cognition of professional training, assessment of competence and substantial demand,(b)the obvious diversity in manpower, full-time, scale and home stay quantitative variables on professional training, assessment of competence and substantial demand Key Words:Home Stay, Cognition of Competence, Assessment of Competence, Analysis of Competence, Training Planning and Substantial Demand.
