國立台東體育實驗中學運動場地開放經營管理之研究

摘要

本研究之主要目的，在瞭解國立台東體育實驗中學運動場地開放經營管理之可行性，以作為該校未來在提昇運動場地之經營績效與行政管理的參考和依據。
本研究以國立台東體育實驗中學之室外、室內運動場為研究對象；以文獻分析法、專家訪談法等研究方式來進行研究，並訪談了九位政府官員、四十位各單項協會人員、九位救國團人員及八位業界代表等，經研究結果，多認為學校運動場地對外開放經營管理，應朝如下方向去做：
一、改善現有的運動環境，整建學生宿舍為運動休閒飯店，營造運動旅遊的意境吸引更多的運動休閒人口。
二、展現國立台東體育實驗中學人力、物力及運動場館的優勢，與運動休閒結合，
提供體育運動的優質服務。
三、多辦理全國性的體育活動（二日以上）：如週休二日體驗營、寒暑假育樂營、研習營、親子育樂營、幼兒運動營、銀髮族運動適能休閒營、運動培訓營等。
四、在委外經營（OT）不易的情況下，平日或例假日，都可開放，供社區民眾及市區內各高、國中、小及幼稚園等學校使用，夜間亦可開放游泳館、健身中心、撞球場、桌球館、投打練習場、射擊場、射箭場、網咖等運動休閒娛樂場所，供民眾多重運動的選擇，以增加運動人口。

The main purpose of this research is to understand the possibility of opening National Taitung Physical Experimental Senior High School Stadium to public administration, and that will be the reference about promoting the administration and management effect about the stadium.
This research is based on the object both inside and outside of National Physical Experimental Senior High School Stadium, and we interview 9 government officers, 40 committee members, 9 China Youth Corps members and 8 professional representatives. The results of the research are as follows:
1.The improvement the sport environment, reconstructing the dorm to be a hotel, and conducting an atmosphere of the sport travel will attract more people to come to exercise and relax.
2.To show the advantage of strength of efforts about National Taitung Experimental Senior High School, material resources and the stadium, we can provide high quality service of physical exercise.
3.We can hold many kinds of national physical activities, such as: Weekend Camp, Summer/ Winter Camp, Research and Study Camp, Parents-Kids Camp, Children Camp, the Elderly Recreation Camp, Exercise Training Camp, etc.
4.Since it is difficult to operate and transfer, we can open the stadium to the people of
the community and all students from kindergartens through senior high schools to provide multi-choices for the public, so that the exercise population will be increased.
