本研究論文之目的在探討南投縣高中教師參與休閒運動狀況與阻礙因素,期能將研究結果提供相關單位日後在繼續推動類似活動或推展休閒運動產業時之參考,藉此喚起高中教師對休閒運動能更加重視,並透過教育的力量,也能將此重要觀念融入教學中,讓我們的下一代也能感受到休閒運動的重要。 本研究對象係以南投縣各公、私立高中教師為母群體,樣本數共有426人,以問卷調查法配合普查方式作為蒐集資料之依據,將調查結果加以分析作成結論,以便提供本研究論述之用,從中反應研究真相及現存之問題,進而提出改進之建議。 研究結果發現,在有從事休閒運動的教師群裡,大部份是偶爾為之;選定的時間也並非一定是在假日;參與的時段以下午和清晨為最;每週以從事1-2次者居多,而且每次都是在一小時以內;參與的友伴多以家人或獨自參與為主;在花費上,大多數是無需支付固定費用的;而在休閒運動之阻礙因素上,係以「工作因素」之阻礙性最高;且在不同性別、年齡、學歷、職稱與收入之教師參與休閒運動之阻礙因素皆有顯著之差異。
The purpose of this study is to discuss high school teachers’ participation in leisure activities and constraints in Nantou area. Hope related units to depend on the result and as a reference resource, keeping driving such activities or set leisure activities into action. In addition, recalling high school teachers can let themselves pay more attention to leisure activities. Moreover, put this important concept into teaching by the strength of education, in order to let our next generation touch the vital of leisure activities. The subjects for this study are high school teachers from public and private schools in Nantou area. There are a total of 426 people chosen. Survey questionnaires were went along with census to be as a resource of collecting data. Next, analyze the survey result then became a conclusion. Responded the research truth and the extant questions, and then put forward the suggestion of improvement. Results of analysis are as follows, among those teachers who are going on leisure activities, most do it occasionally, and there’s no necessity for them to choose the time which is on holiday; the participation time interval take the afternoon and morning; each week engages in 1-2 time is the majority, and moreover each time is within a hour. The main participation companions are families or alone. In the expenditure, the majority is needn’t to pay the fixed cost; then about leisure constraints, the highest constraint is “work factor.” Also, including different gender, age, educational background, professional title, and income, show significant differences that teachers participate in leisure activities’ constraints.
