本論文研究之探討台中縣國中教師休閒參與與態度之現況,調查分析在不同背景因素下休閒參與、態度與休閒類型之間關係,本研究採分層隨機抽樣的方式,抽取樣本並以問卷調查進行資料蒐集工作,共抽取台中縣山海屯區域計二十所國中學校樣本,共計410份有效問卷68.6%,在資料分析上則運用描述分析、單因子變異數分析、以及薛費事後分析方法、經由分析結果本研究發現如下: 一、就整體休閒活動而言,國中教師參與休閒活動的頻率偏低、就個別層面而言,國中教師最常參與的休閒活動為娛樂性休閒活動、其次依序為益智性、運動性、戶外遊憩性、社交性,最少參與的休閒活動為藝術性活動。 二、台中縣國中教師每週參與休閒活動的時間以假日為主、其次為週五週一~週四休閒活動時間最少。 三、國中教師的休閒態度不論在休閒認知、休閒喜好及參與意向上均傾向正向、積極面顯示國中教師參與休閒活動的意願、並不如休閒認知及休閒喜好來得高,是一些後天環境受限而影響參與意願。 四、個人不同背景變項對國中教師休閒活動參與上有不同之影響。 五、不同背景變項對國中教師休閒活動參與時間量有不同之影響。 六、不同背景變項對國中教師休閒態度上有不同之影響。 最後依據研究結果分別針對教師個人、學校方面、政府相關單位、未來後續研究提出相關建議,期望能夠對充實國中教師休閒活動有所助益。
This essay canvasses the condition of Taichung County junior high school teacher’s participation in leisurable activities and the attitudes. It analyzes the relationship among the participation, attitudes and types of leisurable activities in different backgrounds. This research adopts the manner of random sampling and collects information by questionnaires. It samples 20 junior high schools in Shan Hai Tun area in Taichung County and totals 68.6%, 410 effective questionnaires in amount. By description analysis, one-way analysis and Scheffe method, we can find results are as the following. 1. On the whole, the frequency that junior high school teachers take part in leisurable activities tends to low. The most teachers join are recreational activities. The next are intelligent, outdoor and social activities and the lest are artistic ones. 2. The weekly main time they join activities is on holidays; secondly, on Fridays. It’s rare form Mondays to Thursdays. 3. The teachers’ attitude no matter toward cognition, preference and intention for leisure tends to positive, optimistic and it reveals their will to join activities isn’t as strong as the cognition and affection. That they’re less willing to participate may be because of the restrictions of environments. 4. The pronominal of individual background has different influences on their participation. 5. Different backgrounds will influence the quantum of time of teacher’s leisurable activities participation. 6. Different backgrounds will influence teacher’s attitudes toward leisurable activities. At last, I offer related advices for teachers, schools, authority and future follow-up studying according to the result of the research and hope it will help to enrich junior
