利用RFID建構員工出缺勤系統

摘要


在現今產業中,服務業佔了居多,且因為一般服務業工作時間很長,所以採用輪班制,因此在人力的管理較為不便。在服務業中以連鎖的型態居多,一家店或公司可能在北中南都有分店,店裡缺乏主管,主管並無辦法即時得知員工的出缺勤狀況及上班情形,員工是否有準時上下班,是否有在該工作崗位上,等等異常情形。 在傳統的出勤機制中,主管只能藉由出勤打卡紀錄,得知員工是否有正常上下班,並無法掌握員工動態,也無法得知是否有其他異常現象。 由於無線射頻辨識系統〈 Radio Frequency identification;RFID〉能夠正確、有效性地將資料即時反映給系統,因此我們藉由RFID發展一套出缺勤機制,透過RFID可讀寫標籤〈Tag〉的動作,即時將資料及Video Cam所拍攝的影像,回傳至後端資料庫內,透過出缺勤系統查詢就可以得知目前人員的位置及出勤狀況,因此可以用來改善無法即時掌握出缺勤資訊,並可杜絕員工代簽到的情況,與瞭解員工上班的動態,來改善我們傳統的即時資訊不足,及人員調動之不便。

Service industry was occupied in majority in the nowadays industry. Because the working hour in the service industry was commonly very long, therefore the work-shift system has been used. The chain-stores are the majority in the service industry; a company may have the branch stores all over the north, the central, and the south. Due to the lack of management in the store, the manager does not have the methods to know immediately the employee status such as absence from duty, in-duty situation, whether working-on and working-off on time, whether abiding by the work-post, and unusual situations. In the traditional going-out duty, managers can know whether the employee has come to work and go home on time based on the in-out punching records. Therefore there is now way to grasp the dynamic working status of employees, and also it is unable to know whether there is an unusual situation happing. Because the wireless radio frequency recognizes the system〈Radio Frequency identification; RFID〉 is capable of providing the system with data instantly, correctly, and validly. Therefore we design and develop an employee attendance system by using read-write-enabled label 〈tag〉, and the instant data and image captured by Video Cam sent to back-end database. By using and retrieving employee attendance system, the employee’s present status such as absence and working condition will be well known. Therefore this system can be used to improve the employee real-time attendance information, also cut off employee attendance registration not by himself, and improves the lack of real-time information traditionally and the inconvenient personnel movement.
