寬頻網路接取技術比較分析與產業策略應用---以Z 公司為例

摘要

隨著網際網路應用的普及，及全球消費者對寬頻的需求持續倍增，全球寬頻用戶人數迅速成長，人們對網路的使用更加多樣化。傳統的網路功能僅限於文字或基本圖形資料的傳送，顯然已無法滿足傳送包含了聲音、數據、影像等多媒體的需求，因此，寬頻網路逐漸成為網路的主流。。而其中網路接取技術的ADSL、Cable Modem、EttH、FTTH、PCL，由於具有價格、傳輸的穩定性及涵蓋網路較廣等優勢，而成為目前運用最為廣泛的寬頻網路接取技術。為因應網路接取技術運用的發展，國內廠商亦積極投入網路接取產業的相關發展。
為了加快網路接取的普及速度，電信服務業者不斷以降價的促銷吸引消費者，同時為了維持利潤，也不斷壓低採購網路接取設備的價格。因此造成網路接取設備市場激烈競爭，眾多廠商紛紛開始轉向高附加價值產品與局端產品發展，不斷以創新與開發的策略模式來取得市場之競爭優勢。
本研究先觀察目前全球寬頻網路基礎建設狀況及寬頻網路應用服務的發展趨勢，以及針對網路接取相關產品技術及應用進行介紹，再進一步瞭解目前網路接取技術與市場的發展現況與趨勢。瞭解目前網路接取技術與市場的發展現況後，再依目前Z 公司的現況及未來發展方向，以SWOT 分析來分析，Z 公司整體組織內部的優勢與劣勢以及外部環境的機會與威脅，藉以探討出目前的主客觀因素對z 公司的有利與不利條件等，經分析研究後提出對Z 公司的最佳因應策略以供公司作為因應對策的參考。

Global consumers needs of bandwith and the number of broadband subscribers have been kept growing rapdly since the popularity of internet access . The current of narrowband network is too restrictive in the transmission of multimedia which is consisted of audio , data ,video ,etc. Therefore, the broadband network is gradually becoming the mainstream of the network application.XDSL、Cable、ETTH、FTTH and PLC are generally the most adopted broadband network access technologies due to the advantage of their cost effectiveness,stable transmission and wide coverage area.
Domestic suppliers are aggressively investing in the development of the new network access industry so that they are able to tak adventage the progress .
Telcos have been constantly lowering the network access service rate for purpose of accelerating the popularity.While in order to maintain profits,telcos have to suppress the cost of network access ewuipments down. So more and more suppliers turn to focus their develpoment on high added value and central office products and with the strategy of continuous innovation and development in order to be competitive in the market.
This research surveys the current market situation and trend and then reviews in detail the relevant network access product technologies and application Then we analyze the current status of domesfic equipment suppliers, and by SWOT analysis the S(Strengths)、W(Weakness)、O(Opportunity)、T(Threat) of the compoetition and progress of overall industry .
Finally ,we look ahead by conferring the development trend of broadband equipment industry .and ,provide a overwall business straregy for Z copo
