隨著社會的變遷與醫學的進步,老年的人口持續攀升。根據行政院經建會2003年調查台灣65歲以上的老年人口佔總人口的比率有8.98%。台灣成為高齡化的社會。這幾年來老人照護的問題也層出不窮。目前台灣長期居家照護皆著重人力看護。如何給予照護者一個舒適有尊嚴的照護環境,也降低居家照護的成本將是目前居家照護的一大課題。 本研究透過感測器與兩套無線網路系統的結合。藉由感測器偵測,減少醫護直接進入住房,如此一方面可以保護受照護者的尊嚴與隱私,另ㄧ方面也降低照護的人力成本,提供醫護人員一套便捷的看護系統。 本系統分為三大部份,第一部份前端感測器與ZigBee無線網路,第二部份中端中央電腦整合兩大無線網路系統,第三部份802.11g與PDA傳輸部分。在照護房中裝設感測器來感測居民的活動與需求,感測器透過ZigBee網路傳輸到中央電腦,至此形成ㄧ完整感測網絡,中央電腦接受到感測網路訊號經判斷需求後,經由802.11g無線介面傳輸到醫護手中的PDA/Table Computer,將使得醫護巡房的人力可以減少,以及達到快速應變的能力。在前端的無線系統之所以採用ZigBee,是因為其較其他無線個人網路系統多了,低成本、低耗電量、低速率、結構簡單等特性,而後端使用802.11g是因為其覆蓋範圍大、傳輸量大,可在PDA/Table Computer操作。 未來可以應用在居民跌倒、活動量、體溫…等感測,也可應用在居家監測如火警、門窗保全、嬰幼兒活動安全防護等方面。
Due to the dramatic changes of society and the development of the advanced medical technologies, the elder population is growing. According to the investigation held by the Executive Yuan in 2003, the count of the elder population who are 65 years or older is 8.98% of the total population in Taiwan. Therefore, Taiwan becomes an aging society. In these years, the issue of the aged group care services goes from bad to worse. Meanwhile, the long term care services in Taiwan focus more on the labor care. Our main goal is not only to establish a decent and dignity environment but also to reduce the cost of home care. This research is to integrate sensors and two sets of wireless network system. Having obtained the results coming from the sensors, we can reduce the frequency of entering patient’s room. We may maintain patient’s dignity as well as privacy on one hand but also provide an easy home care system in order to reduce labor cost on the other hand. This study consists of three parts: the first part is the front end sensors and the Zigbee network; the second part is CPU that integrates two wireless network systems; and the third part is 802.11g and PDA transmission parts. The sensors detect the activities and enquiry coming from the inhabitants. Through Zigbee network, the sensor data were transmitted to the CPU and this then completes the whole system. The CPU will make decision and transmit the command signals to PDA and Table computers in order to reduce the labor forces and enhance the adaptability. The main reason to adapted Zigbee is due to its low cost, low power consumption, low transmission rate, and simple structure. We adapted 802.11g protocol is also due to its larger coverage, large transmitted volume, and PDA/ Table computer compatibility. The future applications of this study is not only to measure the residents falling down, number of activities, and body temperature, but also to monitor home security such as fire alarm, break-in, and the infant/toddler injury prevention.
