網站模組開發實作-以政府機關網站為例

因全球資訊網（World Wide Web;以下簡稱Web）技術近年來蓬勃且快速的發展，上網已經成為許多人日常生活與學習的主要資訊來源，私人企業以至於基層政府機關都有其相關的網站，如何在提高網站內容的豐富性、吸引力及便利性，且滿足民眾對即時性資訊的掌握要求越來越高，以達成「多用網路，少用馬路」的概念，因此，本研究希望整合基層政府機關網站資訊系統，使民眾於基層政府機關網站可快速即時的獲得有用的訊息。故本研究依下列幾個方向進行；（一）開發前端的網站方便民眾查詢最新的訊息、與民眾互動及政府機關服務項目等等，（二）開發後端管理網站以利政府機關業務承辦人員自行更新網站資訊及回覆民眾問題，以減輕資訊管理人員工作量，藉此來強化政府機關對民眾的需求的服務。本研究是以Web-Services、ASP.NET及SQL Server 2005資料庫技術，建構基層政府機構網站系統模組開發整合，藉此，提升政府對民眾的服務品質並提高對政府的滿意度。

Because of the flourishing and fast development of global information network (World Wide Web; Hereafter referred to as Web) technology in recent years. Net surfing has already become a part of people's daily life and main information source of study. Individual enterprises and Local Government all have their relevant websites. In order to reach the concept of “more network, less sidewalk”, to improve and enrich website's content, and thus meet people’s growing demand for instant information has become a major issue. This research seeks to combine website information system of Local Government to make it more convenient for people to get useful information by browsing the official websites. This research goes on in accordance with the following directions; (1) Develop the front end of websites to facilitate people inquire latest information, interact with people and provide Local Government service items, etc. (2) Develop the back end of website management, to make it easier for personnel to update website information and reply questions of people, thus to lighten the administrative staff's work load and strengthen the services for the people's demand. This research seeks to build and construct system Web Modules Development groups of websites of government organs at the Local Government by using Web-Services, ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005 database technology, hence, to improve the quality of government's service and people’s satisfaction to the government.
