畢業生是學校重要的資源之一,也是學校落實終身學習的延伸主體,隨著網路平台系統的發展,使得人與人之間的溝通與在獲得訊息上,取得極大的進步。然而目前大多數的學校在與畢業生所進行的互動及關係的建立上,仍尋著傳統的方式來完成,因此,本研究希望透過在學校內的資訊系統中,針對校友的資訊整合,提出一個可行的研究方案,以使學校與畢業生之間相互獲得彼此有用的訊息,讓學校成為畢業生終生學習的資料庫與平台,同時也為學校取得發展上最有用的訊息,故本研究依下列幾個方向進行:(一)建立主動辨識校友之個人化需求系統、(二)建立學校與校友間的溝通平台資料庫,動態提供校友即時所需資訊、(三)校友的資料的及時更新、(四)提供校友就業機會的訊息服務、(五)提供校友各類招生訊息服務,本研究目的是以Web-Services 及ASP.NET的技術建構校友資訊整合平台,在校友使用系統時能主動辨識校友需求,藉此,提升學校對校友的服務。讓校友的需求能在最佳的時機獲得最佳服務。
Alumni are not only one of the most important assets for the school but also are extension for schools to realize the lifetime learning. Along with the rapid development of network platforms, the communication and information sharing between the schools and alumni have been significantly improved. However, the interaction and communication setup for the most schools with alumni are still based on traditional methods to accomplish. Therefore, this research will propose a plausible method for schools and alumni to obtain useful information mutually benefited each other by using the information system in the schools so that the schools will provide the alumni with a lifetime learning platforms and databases. In the meantime it will provide schools with the most useful information and therefore the following issues are discussed in this research: (1) to implement a personalized demand system which will automatically identify each alumnus, (2) to establish the platforms and databases as the communication channel for the schools and alumni to provide the alumni with the dynamic, timely and needy information , (3) to timely update alumni information, (4) to offer career job information to alumni, and(5) to offer all kinds of school - recruited -examination services to the alumni. This research implements an integrated alumni information system based on the proposed framework by using Web-Services and ASP.NET technologies. By using the demand system which will automatically identify alumni, it will promote the school’s services to alumni and let the demands of alumni can be serviced best at the best opportunity.
