運用延遲差異建置可客製化網站之研究

摘要


近年來網際網路的盛行,網站的應用變得受歡迎且更引人注意。網站也成為一個資訊交換與知識分享的重要媒介。瀏覽網站的使用者大多是鎖定在一個具體的主題之上,慢慢的形成一個具有相同興趣的社群網站,經由會員不斷的累積知識,逐漸的網站中產生龐大的資訊。網站中的使用者有不同的需求與知識層級的差異,因此若要建置一個客製化的網站更顯的困難。以往建置客製化網站的方法為收集使用者的瀏覽路徑,利用資料探勘的技術分析使用者的偏好。此方法需要充足的資訊與冗長的建置時間,才能得到一個較佳的分析結果,但若使用者的資訊與限制條件不足,則無法提供一個合適的內容給予使用者。本研究為了解決這個問題提出一個可客製化的網站架構,建置User-Event-Trigger-Rule(UETR) Model,系統中的函數是以User Function、Event Function、Rule Function、Web page Function組成,這四個函數形成一個標準化的流程。可客製化的過程以三個階段進行;1.核心:用來提供一般的使用者,一個基本的網頁內容。2.提升:確認每個使用者的知識層級後,提供符合該使用者的網頁組合。3.增加:強化客製化的內容提供一個客製且更具體的主題內容,以滿足使用者的偏好。本研究運用UETR Model建置可客製化網站架構,區分不同使用者的知識水平,提供不同的網頁內容,可讓整個客製化的機制變得更有彈性。

In recent year, the application of internet becomes popular and receives more attention. The websites play a role of important media for easily exchanging and sharing information. Web viewers with same interest on a specific subject are then assembled to form a particular community where more knowledge and experience is exchanged. A community web includes huge amount of information since the characteristic of this kind of virtual community is the accumulation of knowledge related to a specific issue. Different levels of information are provided in a community web such as FAQ, experience sharing, and knowledge transformation based on the knowledge level of each viewer. Therefore, it is difficult to customize a community web system due to the complex combination of various community members. A customizable website is usually built through the time-consuming track of user’s route of browsing or web mining. This research attempts to solve the problem of classifying viewers’ knowledge level and to provide a customizable framework during the stage of customizing a community web system. A User-Event-Trigger-Rule (UETR) model is proposed in this research to build the customizable community web system. Its customizability is formed through a standardized process by four functions: User Function, Event Function, Rule Function, and Web Function. This standardized process is used to analyze the framework of constructing the customizable website. The overall customizability of the community web system is executed in three phases: 1) Core service: basic web content is used to provide core service for general viewers; 2) Value-added service: information is enhanced to meet the requirement of different viewers after their knowledge level are confirmed; and 3) Augmented service: more thorough information is finally augmented to strengthen customized service with respect to specific subjects. The structure of the web page and the concept of delayed customization are discussed. Furthermore, a performance measure is embedded into the above three-phase approach. As a result, the customizable web site framework and the UETR model proposed in this research is capable of providing customizable web content for potential community members according to their knowledge level and their information input. The time slot of implementing customization for a website is then flexible enough to meet the customer demand.
