應用電源線通訊的家庭監控系統之研究

摘要


在現代社會人們都重視人身及財產安全的觀念下,於住宅內裝設保全系統已成為確保家中財物和人身安全的有效解決方式。保全系統所使用的各類感測器與監視攝影機等設備,能將異常之感測訊息與畫面透過專屬的傳輸線路傳至保全主機,由保全主機啟動警報器或儲存影像畫面以達到預警與蒐證的作用。 本論文整合數位監控系統與電源線通訊技術,利用電源線通訊的諸多優點,來構成保全系統的通訊網路架構。網路攝影機所擷取的即時影像,經壓縮後以連續JPEG圖像的格式傳送,能傳遞到網路上任意指定IP的保全主機中結合成連續之影像檔。使用者可使用瀏覽器登錄至設置於保全主機上的網頁伺服器,以遠端網頁瀏覽的方式來監看屋內即時影像與查詢錄影存檔的畫面,而保全系統也能以即時傳送手機簡訊的方式,來告知使用者或保全人員警報的發生。本論文希望能藉由應用電源線通訊技術與遠端即時監看和主動發送警告簡訊的方式,來讓家庭保全系統的安全性與功能有更進一步的提升。

In the modern society, under the concept where people place more importance on personal and property safety, installing a security system in the residence has become a way to solve the problem of assuring the property and personal safety in the house. Each kind of equipment, like sensor and surveillance camera, that the security system uses, can transfer unusual messages and frames to the security host through an exclusive transmission course, the security host then switches on the alarm or saves the image frame in order to achieve the goal of pre-alarm and collecting the evidence. This paper combines the techniques of digital surveillance system and power line communication, using the vast advantages of the power line communication, to establish the communication network structure of the security system of this paper. The real time image that the camera catches,after being compressed, is then transferred with the format of continuous JPEG images to any designated security host IP on the Internet, and then is combined as continuous image files. Users can use the browser to login into the web server installed on the security host, to supervise real time images in the house and search the images of the stored records, by using remote web page browsing. The security system can also send messages to the mobile phones, to inform the user or the security personnel in case of an alarm. This paper wishes to use the power line communication techniques and remote real time surveillance and alarm messages, to increase the safety and the functionality of the home security system.
