摘要


在本篇論文中,我們針對家庭網路(Home Networking)相關產品與技術作分析與測試,以期完整、詳細地解說各家庭網路之技術,並依各技術的特性研究規劃家庭網路之建置方案,以作為建置家庭網路之參考。 由於網際網路的快速發展,間接促使家庭對網際網路的需求與日俱增,網路的區分也從原本的區域網路(Local Area Networks)及廣域網路(Wide Area Networks)逐漸發展出現家庭網路。而可上網的設備越來越多樣化,面對如此龐大的連網需求,家中必需建立統一的網際網路接取設備以共享網路資源。同樣的其他週邊設備的資源共享、資訊的互通亦有其迫切的需要。而現今家庭網路技術繁多,各技術均有其優缺點及其應用領域,且相關的測試報告或建置方法均不甚明朗。本論文中將各家庭環境會使用到的傳輸骨幹或設備間互連的技術作一整體性的分析,以說明各技術之應用領域及其特色等功能,並針對應用領域相似之技術作一比較,試以不同的角度去分析其技術的優缺點。家庭網路技術中其理論與實際性能均有所差異,故對部份會受環境之因數而影響其性能之傳輸技術,實地連線以測試其性能,並進一步分析影響其性能的因素。並且對部份技術連線時之配置、其相關設定方法及其使用操作等予以詳細說明,以瞭解目前該技術之設定方法與操作的簡易性,並對該系統作整體性分析,以供欲使用或規畫家庭網路建置時參考。 最後根據以上之分析並依技術的特性、設置的簡易度及施工考量等因素,並先不對價格或產品的普遍性作考量因素,模擬國內獨樓式及公寓式居家環境的格局,依各資訊家電的配置與需求,規畫出較合適之家庭網路建置方案,以引導出規畫的重要考量與技術特性的選擇要素。

In order to completely explain the technology of Home Network, in this thesis we focus on analyzing the technology of Home Network and testing related products. Then, base on the features in different technologies to map out a scheme as a reference to construct a Home Network. This thesis proposes an overall analysis on backbone broadband and client-end interconnection over all kinds of “Home Networking” environments. This thesis also shows application fields and functionality characteristics of various “Home Networking” technologies, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various “Home Networking” technologies from different views. Although there is still kind of difference between the theoretical and practical functionalities because of the real environmental effect, this thesis looks into the factors of the environmental effect and studies the detailed solution to some Internet device’s deployment, configuration, and operation. At last, the analysis in this thesis makes simulation for “Home Networking” deployment in local building and apartment. The simulation can optimize the solution to “Home Networking” deployment according to the characteristics and demands of various Internet Appliances.
