在企業環境中動態數位學習系統之建構

摘要


企業在競爭環境下,必須提供員工持續學習,使企業全體能順應環境的改變、增加整體競爭力。如何在最快時間將知識、訊息與專業訓練同步傳送給分公司、不同部門員工或結盟夥伴是企業教育訓練重要課題之ㄧ。目前企業的教育訓練仍以課堂講授為主要形式,傳統的課堂講授必須要有絕對的空間和師資以及配合員工的工作時間才能完成;對規模較大的跨國企業組織,須要投入較多的人力和財力規劃才能執行,對於較專業有時效性的知識,課堂講授方式無法立即同步推廣給員工或結盟夥伴。透過網路,利用e-learning可以輔助企業解決此項問題。 數位學習雖然可以針對員工的時間來配合教育訓練,但是企業變動快速,一套課程能否針對所有員工需求提供學習,或是針對員工的專案工作所需提供服務,將是數位化訓練一項重要的考量因素。在導入e-learning過程,通常必須考量員工的學習動機,才能發揮e-learning的效果,企業要考慮如何提供員工工作所需的學習,減少員工搜尋教材時間,並提供與職務工作內容相符合的課程。本研究提出企業動態數位學習系統,由系統先辨識員工目前身分、工作內容,列出員工可能的專案學習需求,針對學習需求列出相關課程,提供員工專業學習。系統也結合Web2.0 概念的知識分享平台,期望建構一個知識社群,累積 員工在工作場所中的知識資產。

This research proposes an E-learning system that can dynamically configure learning materials for employee in the enterprise. Traditional on-job training program has the limitation on space and tutors. Through the development of E-learning, the enterprise can provide more flexible training programs. The proposed system recognizes the status of employee with relevant work content and combines the knowledge management system to present customized learning materials for the employee based on ongoing project requirements. This system shortens the learning path of employees under specific learning requirement and matches appropriate curriculum provided by the E-learning course database. Therefore,adaptive learning can be accomplished to assist employees of the enterprise in executing routine operation, management and projects.
