依據我國內政部人的口統計,台灣老年人口在1993年時達到總人口數的7%,已經步入世界衛生組織所謂的「高齡化社會」,到2000年底,台閩地區65歲以上老年人口總數更增加為1,960,872人,佔了總人口的8.84%(內政部,民國89年),估算2020年時即將加倍為14%,到2030年時更可增到30%。人口開始進入老化,預期大量老年夫妻將無成年子女可提供照顧,也無所謂家庭資源可為老年退休生活的依恃。 本研究是使用IEEE802.11(WiFi)的無線網路傳輸標準,使用Ekahau Site Survey 2.2 AP最佳化佈置軟體模擬出AP架設之位置,並利用Ekahau Positioning EngineTM 3.1 (EPE3.1) 定位引擎自行開發出一套應用於居家照護的應用程式,方便看護者隨時得知被照護者之位置並分析被照護者的生活起居。利用這兩套軟體設計出室內+室外區域型定位和室內精確定位的架構,依照不同的狀況而能有不同的選擇。未來能期望結合GPS之雙網定位系統,以便於在室內室外皆可清楚被照護者之位置。
According to the population statistics by the Ministry of the Interior, the population of elder came to 7% in 1993 ,which already became the ‘Ageing Society’ called by W.H.O. (World Health Organization). In the end of 2000, there were 1,960,872 people over 65 years old which occupied 8.84% of all the population in Taiwan (MINISTRY Of INTERIOR, 2000), there will increase to 14% in 2020 and 30% in 2030 approximately. It shows that a large amount of elderly people won't be taken care by their children, and also have no support from home resources for their retiring lives. This research discusses how to locate the elderly people by the use Wireless Local Area Network Location Technology .It change the custom of elderly in daily life. We use IEEE 802.11(WIFI) wireless networking technology. Ekahau Site Survery 2.2 (ESS2.2) is simulated to set the optimal position of AP, and Ekahau Positioning EngineTM 3.1 (EPE 3.1) is used to develop a set of software applying for Home-Care.
