摘要


近年來,隨著網際網路與資訊通信科技( Info-communication Technology,ICT)的快速發展,加速了知識的傳遞與訊息的交流,也促使人們邁向資訊化的生活。隨著科技的進步,人們對於無線傳輸技術的需求大幅提升,因此,WiMAX無線網路技術因應而生。但是在享受無線通訊便利的同時,隨之而來的可能是對身體健康的危害。由於WiMAX是屬於大範圍、高功率的無線網路技術,電磁輻射強,有可能危害身體,但是醫學上尚未提出明確實證,證明電磁波不會對人體造成任何影響。不過在重視健康的時代,人們須有能夠隨時隨地偵測到電磁波的方法。我們的目標是研製軟性電磁波場強感測器,用來偵測所在地是否有存在影響人體的電磁波,而第一步是本文所實做的RF-DC電荷幫浦,並以點亮LED的方式,提醒使用者是否身處影響人體的電磁波影響範圍內。

Following the rapid developments of information & communication technologies,people are allowed for more convenient information exchange through broadband wireless networks in particular. WiMAX might have a great potential to provide portable and mobile wireless broadband connectivity。People,however,are getting concern about their health because of the human body exposure to electromagnetic waves radiated from the high power WiMAX base station. Despite the possible health threats caused by the exposure of electromagnetic waves on human body have not yet been proved,people should have some way to detect the electromagnetic waves at anytime and anywhere. Our goal for this thesis is to design a portable and flexible EM waves sensor for the purpose of detecting the EM waves at anytime and anywhere on behalf of the human health。
