醫護人員專業能力對於中醫的認知評估

本研究旨在探討國內醫護人員的中醫的知識、態度及行為。採問卷調查研究法，以臨床醫護人員為對象，將所收集之140份有效問卷以描述性敍述性統計、相關性分析及獨立樣本T-檢定分析方式進行分析，分析資料的結果發現：(1) 對於中醫的認知與看法會正向影響醫護人員專業能力。(2) 男女性受測者對於少數中醫觀念有顯著性差異。(3) 醫護人員是否具備正確的中醫醫療行為之認知與看法與其專業能力有正相關。醫護人員對於中醫藥的專業知識，提供民眾正確的中醫藥觀念，本研究結果可了解醫護人員中醫觀念的提昇，確保民眾就診之權益與醫療服務品質。
