理財專員人格特質、人際關係與工作績效相互關聯性之研究 -以C銀行為例 研究生:楊志文 指導教授:楊坤鋒 博士 亞洲大學國際企業研究所碩士班 摘 要 本研究以C銀行台中區之理財專員為研究對象,進行問卷調查,共發出100份問卷,回收有效問卷94份,有效問卷回收率為94%,採用SPSS 統計視窗軟體作為統計分析工具,以因素分析、描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析與事後多重比較、皮爾森相關分析等方法,探討理財專員的人格特質、人際關係、工作績效相互關聯性之研究。研究結果如下: 一、理財專員不同個人特徵變項對人格特質、人際關係、工作績效皆 無顯著差異。 二、理財專員人格特質與人際關係有顯著正向之關連性。 三、理財專員人際關係對工作績效有顯著正向之關連性。 四、理財專員工作績效對人格特質有顯著正向之關連性。 五、理財專員人格特質、人際關係與工作績效有相互關聯性。 關鍵詞:理財專員、人格特質、人際關係、工作績效。
