甩手運動前後血管寬度變化之研究

摘要


甩手運動是中國老祖宗傳承下來的。從中醫的角度去探討,甩手 有助於人的「氣」和「血」循環。人體微循環主要是由心臟和血管所 組成的,作為血流動力和輸送管道。微循環在人體是相當重要的血液 循環階段,其包含小動脈、微血管、小靜脈、和毛細淋巴管,透過這 些血管和管壁的體液循環系統稱為微循環。它直接參與細胞、組織物 質交換的體液循環,溝通全身組織器官。本研究主要是應用影像處理 方式首先是將彩色圖像轉換成灰階圖像,以Otsu's 方法來取臨界值, 取得臨界值將灰階圖像換成黑白圖像去計算甩手前後血管寬度。最 後,運用獨立樣本T 檢定與變異數分析(ANOVA)方式去做統計,藉由 以上實驗結果可以得知血管寬度是否會隨著時間而有所差異。

Arm-flinging exercise is a heritage passed down from Chinese ancestors. From the perspective of Chinese medicine, arm flinging helps the circulation or “qi” and “blood”. The microcirculation of human body is made up of the heart and blood vessels as a mean for hemodynamics and transportation, and it is a very important stage in blood circulation, including arterioles, capillaries, capillary veins, and lymphatic capillaries. This system, through which bodily fluids flow, is called the microcirculation. It directly participates in the circulation of body fluids, exchanging cellular and tissue matters, communicating with tissue organs throughout the body. This study aims to use image processing to convert color images into grayscale, acquiring threshold limit value using Otsu’s method. After obtaining threshold limit value, the grayscale images are converted into black and white images to calculate blood vessel diameter before and after arm-flinging exercise. Finally, using independent sample T test and ANOVA method as means of statistical calculation, variation of blood vessel diameter over time can be obtained through the experiment results.
