RFID於網路購物出貨系統之應用

在現今時代下，網路購物越來越普遍了，網購所帶來的商機無限，從一般個人販賣二手商品到團隊重點式網路行銷創意商品，大公司願意投入更多的資金、專業化管理，均再再強調網路購物帶來的利益確實誘人，而低成本、高營收，也讓作者之前任職的SS 公司願意為其投資，以民生必需品消費滿額免運費方式，同時吸引消費者在網路上購買較高價專櫃商品策略，以短期成為台灣最大的網路量販網站之一。在目前SS 公司出貨流程中，從消費者網購商品到正式出貨前，商品已封箱放置在疉貨的籠車或棧板上並等待宅配人員收走的期間稱為『待出貨』，因消費者可能出貨前取消訂單、包裝人員可能漏裝商品或出貨時間地址更改…等等，如宅配人員收走有問題的包裏，會導致運費成本增加，如何在眾多包裏中快速找到待處理的問題訂單，對公司來說無疑是一大考驗，故以RFID Tag 不重覆、可同時處理的特性，搭配資料庫程式，藉此迅速找到要處理之包裏，以降低運銷成本。

The increasingly popular online shopping today has brought infinite business opportunities with it. From personal second-hand e-trade to creative e-marketing, increased capital investments and professionalized managements by the big companies show great potential profits behind online shopping. Low costs and high yields are also incentives for SS company in which the author previously worked for in its investments in online shopping. By offering no shipping fees for customers fulfilling minimum purchase requirements, it can at the same time attract consumers in buying name-brand products of higher price, making Taiwan one of the biggest e-hypermarket website within a short period of time. For shipment process at the SS company, before official shipment after receiving purchase orders online, the term used for packed products ready for collection by the home delivery service is called, “awaiting for shipment”, a process in response to factors such as order cancellation prior to shipment, wrong amount of products packed by the packaging staffs or the change of address and time for shipment…etc. Problem package picked-up by the home delivery service will result in the increase of shipping cost, and how to efficiently find problem orders among so many packages is undoubtedly a great challenge for the company. By RFID Tag’s non-repeating and synchronized processing characteristics complementing with database program, problem packages can be found efficiently to reduce shipping costs.
