大型重型機車騎士參與動機與滿意度之研究-以北台灣地區為例

摘要

政府為加入W.T.O（世界貿易組織）自2002年7月1日，正式開放大型重型機車進口，並修改「道路交通安全規則」使重車得合法行駛道路。重車開放至今雖已八年，但ㄧ般社會大眾對於重車參與者的刻板印象，仍存有相當程度的負面觀感。加上政府未對於重車行駛路權多加且持續宣導，致使社會大眾對該族群的參與動機仍然抱有極大的誤解。本論文旨在探討大型重型機車騎士參與動機與滿意度之研究，瞭解大型重型機車騎士參與動機及滿意度，並針對這項議題進行現況調查、分析不同屬性因素及其差異與影響，以提供社會大眾及政府機關相關單位實施相關議題時的參考。
本研究主要研究對象為北台灣地區領有大型重型機車駕照者之現役重車騎士，問卷調查採滾雪球抽樣方式進行，由研究者2010年10月1日至2011年5月31日至北台灣地區重車現役騎士最喜好之著名休憩據點發放。本次研究調查期間發出問卷240份，回收有效問卷222份，有效量表回收率為88.8%。所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等方法加以統計分析。
由研究結果可以得知，自我實現構面與車商服務有顯著正相關；自我提昇構面與休憩設施及車商服務有顯著正相關；自我歸屬構面與心理與生理呈現顯著負相關；自我放鬆與道路行駛及心理與生理呈現顯著負相關。

Government to join the WTO (World Trade Organization) since July 1, 2002, opened a large motorcycle imports, and modify the "Road Traffic Safety Rules" so that heavy trucks traveling the road was legitimate. Although heavy vehicles since opening eight years, but participants in the community for the stereotype of heavy vehicles, there is still a considerable degree of negative perception. Coupled with the Government is not the right road for heavy vehicles to pass more and sustained advocacy, the result of participation of the public still have a great misunderstanding of motives. This paper aims to explore the large heavy-duty motorcycle riders involved in motivation and satisfaction of research to understand the large heavy-duty motorcycle riders involved in motivation and satisfaction, and for the status of this issue for investigation, analysis of different properties and effects of factors and their differences, to provide social public and government agencies when issues related to the implementation of the relevant unit of reference.
This research study to obtain a large area in northern Taiwan were the active-duty motorcycle driver's license re-cyclists, the survey collected snowball sampling conducted by researchers October 1, 2010 to May 31, 2011 Northern Taiwan to re-Knight of the most active-duty vehicles like the famous open base release. During the investigation of this study were 240 questionnaires sent, 222 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 88.8% scale. The data were descriptive statistics, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation and other methods to statistical analysis.
Can learn from the results, self-service car dealer dimensions and a significant positive correlation; dimensions of self-improvement and leisure facilities and services to car dealers have a significant positive correlation; self-attribution of mental and physical dimensions and showed a significant negative correlation; self relaxation and mental and physical road and showed a significant negative correlation.
