軍訓教官休閒涉入及休閒滿意度關係之研究
Military training instructors leisure involvement and leisure satisfaction study of the relationship
摘要
自2001年全面實行週休二日，相關休閒研究也隨之增多，國人有關公務員休閒參與情形之研究，大都著重在市府人員之休閒行為，對於軍訓教官之休閒行為並未加以探討，本研究目的在於探討新北市高中職軍訓教官週末休閒涉入與其休閒滿意度之關係，期望藉由本研究結果能提供未來公私部門進行週末休閒活動方案規劃之參考依據，以滿足其高中職教官休閒需求，提升工作效率，為大眾人民謀福祉，並進一步地開拓地方休閒產業，提升經濟發展。 本研究主要研究對象為新北市高中職校之軍訓教官人員為主，在選取問卷發放高中職學校部份乃採用隨機抽樣，由研究者於2011年2月15日至3月31日之間親自至選取之高中職進行問卷發放。本研究後測問卷總共發放200份問卷，回收並惕除無效問卷後剩餘167份，回收有效率達83.5%。所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等方法加以統計分析。 由研究結果可以得知，軍訓教官之部份個人背景特性與其休閒涉入之關係有顯著正關係；軍訓教官之部份個人背景特性與其休閒滿意度之關係為顯著正相關；軍訓教官之休閒涉入與其休閒滿意度之關係為顯著正相關。

Since 2001, the full implementation of two-day weekend, leisure related research also increase, and people involved in the case of the civil service leisure studies, mostly focused on the leisure behavior in the city government personnel, military training instructors for leisure behavior is not to discuss the purpose of this study is to explore the new senior high school in Taipei weekend military training instructors involved in the relationship between satisfaction with leisure, the results of this study expected by the public and private sector to provide future program planning weekend recreation reference to meet the leisure needs of their official high school vocational education, improve working efficiency for the public well-being of the people, and to further develop the local leisure industry, to enhance economic development. This research study for the new vocational high school in Taipei's main military training instructors who, in selected senior high schools, part of the questionnaire is issued by random sampling, by researchers in 2011 February 15 to March 31 in person between selected high schools to a questionnaire issued. In this study, post-test questionnaire issued a total of 200 questionnaires were collected and is deemed invalid the remaining 167 questionnaires, the effective rate of 83.5% recovery. The data were descriptive statistics, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation and other methods to statistical analysis. Can learn from the results, the majority of military training instructors and their personal background characteristics of the relationship between leisure involvement has a significant positive relationship; the part of military training instructors and their personal background characteristics of the relationship between leisure satisfaction as a significant positive correlation; military training instructors of leisure related into the relationship between satisfaction with leisure as a significant positive correlation.
