社會科學相當重視歷史的脈絡,從歷史回顧來檢視制度的發展現況,鑑於以往大部分探討軍訓制度的文獻,皆以軍訓教官的角色、功能及如何轉型為研究主題。為有別於其他研究,本文藉由新制度論(new institutionism)觀點,從歷史的縱深層面與政治的、經濟的、社會的結構宏觀層面著手,來探討與分析軍訓制度、組織及軍訓教官角色功能的變革,以及影響制度、組織與角色功能變革的決定性機制(mechanism)。這樣的研究主題與研究取向,目的有二:(一)能對我國大專校院的軍訓制度變革對軍訓教官角色功能及在軍訓工作所遭遇的衝擊及挫折演進過程上找到一個創新而合理的解釋模式。(二)希望能對整個制度及組織的未來提供研究建議,以期對整個軍訓制度變革有所貢獻。 基於上述研究目的,本研究將劃分為三個部份:(一)我國軍訓教育的沿革;(二)我國軍訓制度與軍訓組織變革;(三)軍訓制度變革及軍訓教官角色功能之研析,同時透過文獻分析、歷史回顧以及深度訪談等研究方法,於各個時期內進行資料分析工作。 應用新制度論路徑依賴觀點,透過歷史時序過程來證明本文所關切的軍訓制度變革演進的重大結果是如何依賴先前所發生的事件,加以證明當時政策形成是鑲嵌於制度結構之中的。說明軍訓制度制度變革對軍訓教官角色功能影響。
Social science considerable importance to the context of history, from a historical review to examine the institution's development status, as most of the past on the institution of military training literature, military training instructors begin the roles, functions and how to transform their roles as the research topic.
