台灣中等學校教練領導風格對選手訓練滿意度影響

摘要


本研究旨在探討台灣中等學校軟式網球教練領導風格與選手滿意度之現況,並比較不同背景變項軟式網球選手所知覺及偏好的教練領導風格與選手滿意度的差異情形其次,分析軟式網球選手所知覺的教練領導風格對選手的滿意度之預測情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為參加2011年全中運軟式網球會內賽選手,研究工具為「教練領導風格對選手滿意度調查研究之量表」。根據調查所蒐集之資料,依研究目的進行資料整理與分析,藉由描述性統計、線性迴歸統計、獨立樣本t檢定等統計方法處理,結果發現如下: 一、在選手所知覺、偏好教練領導風格現況中,知覺及偏好依序「訓練與指導風格」得分最高,其次為「民主風格」、「關懷風格」、「獎勵風格」,而「專制風格」之知覺及偏好程度最低。 二、2011年全中運軟式網球選手對知覺教練領導風格滿意度之相關情形,呈現正相關。

This study aimed to explore correlation between style of soft tennis coaches and satisfaction of athletes in secondary school nowadays in Taiwan. This study compared differences of perception and favor to coaches leadership style and satisfaction of athletes among athletes with different variety of back ground. This study also strove for prediction analysis to satisfaction test of coaches’ style of perception of Soft tennis athletes. Questionnaire meth of was adopted in this study for data collection. Study objects were the overall Soft tennis athletes participated in 2011 National High School Games with “Scales of examination to style of coaches and satisfaction of athletes” as study in Statement. Descriptive statistics, Linear Regression Analysis, T-test were computed for data analysis. Study results were listed below: 1. The scores of athletes’ perception and favor of coaches’ style in sequence were “training and direction” with the highest score, and then “democracy” “caring” “award” and “autocratic” with the lowest score. 2. There was positive correlation between perceptions of athletes’ satisfaction to ward style of coaches of National High School Games in 2011.
