摘要

痛風(Gout) 是兩千多年就存在於人類的疾病。它常伴隨著心血管疾病、慢性腎臟病、高血壓、糖尿病等疾病有其相關性，近幾年研究發現痛風患者死於心血管疾病與慢性疾病的機率高於一般人。
本研究以國人健保資料庫為資料來源，利用國人門診資料找出痛風患者，並引入死亡檔，將死於心血管疾病者與痛風、慢性腎臟病患者串檔結合,再用統計方法Cox proportional hazards model計算出痛風患者死於心血管疾病的風險值，並與近年來研究文獻中利用生化抽樣資料所做的研究結果比對,探討利用全母體資料所做的研究結果是否與生化抽樣資料結果相符。
以2003年痛風病患為研究樣本,統計研究五年期間痛風患者死於心血管疾病的風險關係,研究結果指出痛風患者死於心血管疾病的風險值HR=2.18(95% CI 2.13-2.24) P<0.0001,痛風患者且患有慢性腎臟病者死於心血管疾病的風險值HR=2.93(95% CI 2.63-3.28) P<0.0001,痛風患者無患有慢性腎臟病者死於心血管疾病的風險值HR=1.57(95% CI 1.53-1.62) P<0.0001,結果發現痛風患者確實比一般人有著較高的風險死於心血管疾病
