規律呼吸與仰臥角度變動對自主神經系統的影響

摘要


本論文研究不同呼吸頻率與改變仰臥角度對自主神經調節系統的影響。我們使用不同聲音頻率訓練他們4秒與10秒的呼吸模式。分析不同的呼吸模式在平躺與床傾斜70度之間的心朓變異率。我們分析時域與頻域變化,觀察自主神經調節系統的影響。結果,我們發現仰臥和傾斜70度在4秒有明顯差異性。時域方面: R-R標準差、HR標準差、R-R平均與HR平均值都有顯著的差異。頻域方面: LF (%)、HF (%)、LF n.u.、LH/HF、HF n.u.都有顯著的差異性。這些結果顯示,不同姿勢與呼吸速率會影響自主神經調節系統。

In this study, different respiratory rate and supine angle change on the cardiovascular modulated system. Subjects were trained with sound pattern in 4- and 10-second breathing, before experiment. We Analyze the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) among the different breathing rate and the title angle. We found that in 4 seconds breathing, supine and 70 degrees title up make the HRV change significantly. In Time domain: the R-R standard deviation, HR standard deviation, R-R average and HR have the significant differences. In Frequency domain: LF (%), HF (%), LF nu, LH / HF, HF nu are significant differences. These results indicated that, different posture and breathing rate could affect the cardiovascular modulated system.
