Cutaneous sinus tracts arising from dental infection such as dental caries, periodontal disease, and dental trauma are a diagnostic challenge. A delay in correct diagnosis can result in ineffective and inappropriate treatment. We report a case presenting a cutaneous odontogenic sinus tract to the chin. Dental infection origin was found from crown fracture of #41 resulting in pulp necrosis. Through effective endodontic treatment and extraoral incision and drainage, the lesion healed completely in a month. Early correct diagnosis and treatment of these lesions can help prevent unnecessary and ineffective antibiotic therapy or surgical treatment.
