先天性心臟病病患牙科治療之評估考量—病例報告
Dental Treatment Considerations for Patient with Congenital Heart Disease: Case Report
摘要
對於患有先天性心臟病之患者而言，在接受牙科診治時，為了降低亞急性細菌性心內膜炎的發生機會，除了加強術前抗生素之服用外，治療計劃也有特殊考量。因此，對此類患者牙科醫師在治療前應該對病患之全身性及心臟血管疾病作出嚴謹性的評估價。此外，更應加強口腔清潔維護的指導，並要求病患定期牙科回診，以減少日後牙科治療的需求。本報告提出一個五歲患有心房瓣膜閉鎖不全及心室瓣膜閉鎖不全的女孩，針對其牙科治療之評估考量做討論，以提供日後此類患者牙科治療的參考。

For the most patients who have congenital heart disease, it is necessary to require special precautions during dental treatment such as antibiotic coverage for prevention of subacute bacterial endocarditis. Dentist should closely evaluate the medical histories of all patients to ascertain their cardiovascular status. In this report, a 5 year-old female patient suffered from both atrial septal defect (ASD) and ventricular septal defect (VSD) is presented. We focused on treatment evaluation, follow-up protocol, hoping that these can help clinicians to know how to treat this kind of patients.
