臨床病例報告─腎上腺皮質類固醇依賴性氣喘之治療

摘要

47歲男性氣喘患者，罹患氣喘十餘年，八十四年十二月間氣喘急性發作後，病症又覆發作，控制不佳，八十五年五月之治療劑量為prednisolone 60毫克/天及pilmicort 3 puff 一天二次，患者求診於中希望治氣喘及撤減prednisolone 劑量，經三個月之中醫療程，患者之氣喘症狀緩解並成功撤除prednisolone。

A 47 y/o male patient suffered form bronchial asthma more than ten years. This patient was attacked by the asthma off and on and under poorly controlled after a acute exacerbation since Dec, 1995. The original therapeutic dose was oral prednisolone 60 mg/day and pulmicort 3 puff twice daily during May , 1996. He visited China Medical College Hospital to treat the asthma and wanted to reduce the need for oral steroid. As a result, the symptoms of asthma were successfully released and the requirement for oral steroid eliminated through the 3 months of Chinese medicial treatment.
