氣功是中國古代的一種運動藝術。本文擬綜合解剖生理學等西方醫學理論,仿照中國古代氣功的作法,歸納出穩定性運動。穩定性運動是配合特殊呼吸技巧而作特久且最大的等長肌肉收縮,其理論作法與臨床應用之可行性也在本文略加討論。
Chin-Kung is an art of ancient Chinese exercise, According to the basic anatomical and physiological theories, stable exercise is developed and modified from the concepts of Chin-Kung that is one type of prolonged maximal isometric exercises combined with special breathing exercises. This article introduced the basic theories and techniques of stable exercise, The possibilities of its clinical application in physical therpay were also discussed.
