摘要

「頭痛、頭痛，鬢邊嘎嘎叫」常見門診病患，頭部筋緊緊的，就像孫悟空被唐三藏唸金箍咒時的頭痛一樣。頭痛持續的時間，由半小時到數天不等，頭痛的次數，少的話幾個月一次，多則可以到每天都痛。無伴發其他病徵，且以X光、電腦斷層掃描攝影等檢查排除了顱內器官性病變後，就可以診斷為「緊張性頭痛」。然而，此類頭痛雖然常見，仍不容忽視，因為這是現代人心理的壓力病！
