中醫對更年期證候群的治療研究進展

摘要

更年期綜合徵是指婦女在絕經前後發生的一組臨床綜合症候，是更年期婦女最常見的一種疾病，其臨床表現複雜多樣，身體及心理可同時出現多種變化。近年來，中西醫對更年期綜合徵的研究治療均取得了一定進展。本文著重臨床治療的研究近況，發現已把注意力從治療圍絕經期綜合徵本身，擴大至防治絕經後心血管疾病、骨質疏鬆症、老年癡呆症三大重點。

The climateric syndrome means a set of clinical syndrome for the women occurred before and after the stop of period, which is the most common disorder of menopausal women. Its clinical manifestation is complicated and diversified, and many kinds of changes might be occurred in the body and psychology at the same time. In recent years, there have been certain improvements on the treatment of climateric syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. This study focuses the current research condition of clinical treatment. It showed that the notice on the treatment of climateric syndrome can be extended to the prevention of the cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and senile dementia after the stop of period.
