摘要

慢性腎小球腎炎是由多種原因引起的原發於腎小球的一組免疫性炎症性疾病。大多數病因不清楚，且多數病例並非由急性遷延而來，通常起病緩慢，病程長，多隱匿起病，尿常規檢查有程度不等的蛋白尿，血尿及管型尿，都有不同程度的腎功能損害，如不能有效控制病情，多數會進入慢性腎功能衰竭，治療較為棘手，如不能進行腎移植，便需透析維持。慢性腎炎之治，在西醫多以激素甚或免疫抑制劑進行治療，療程較長，經年累月，且制劑本身還有副作用。中醫認為慢性腎炎，其發生主要與肺脾腎三臟有關，多由風邪、水氣、濕毒、瘀血及勞倦內傷等引起，臨證時，除排濁祛邪外，更應補虛調腎，六味地黃丸及其加減系列方，在慢性腎炎中有其重要的意義，且療效肯定。

The chronic Glomerulonephritis is an immune disease originated from the inflammation of glomerule, Its cause was unknown in most cases. Most cases are not transmitted acutely. The progress of disease is usually slow, the course of disease is long, and the Onset of disease is hidden. The routine inspection of urine will find the proteinuria, hematuria, and cylinderuria, which are the damage of kidney function in various degrees. If the condition cannot be controlled effectively, it will become the chronic kidney failure. The therapy will be very difficult. If the kidney transplant cannot be conducted, the dialysis should be needed. As for the treatment of chronic nephritis, the hormone and immune inhibitor are often used in Western medicine, the treatment course is relatively long, and the inhibitor has side effect. Chinese medicine advocates that the chronic nephritis is mainly related to the lung, spleen, and kidney, such as wind cold, water vapor, damp toxicity, stasis of blood, fatigue and internal injury etc. During the clinical syndrome differentiation, in addition to dispelling pathogenic Qi, it has to supplement insufficiency and adjust the kidney. The Liu Wei Di Huang Wan and its related formulae have very important meanings and good curative effect on the treatment of chronic nephritis.
