中醫灸與遠紅外線照射入體穴位後之良導絡比較

The Comparison with the Ryodoraku Value after Chinese-medicine Moxibustion and Far Infrared Ray Shining the Acupuncture Point

摘要


艾灸治療過程中伴隨的煙霧,與不當使用使皮膚留下瘡疤,造成空氣的污濁與患者永久疤痕,都是極為不利發展灸療法原因。倘若以灸療法理論為基礎,發展其他非侵入式、無污染性、與非危險性的替代療法,讓患者與施灸者願意去使用它,可使現代中醫療法更為普及。 從文獻得知灸燃燒時,所發出波長在4~14μm光譜範圍的遠紅外線,與人體自身發射的遠紅外線屬於同一範圍,因此若以遠紅外線儀器照射入體穴位,對人體的療效,是否有灸療的相似效果,需要更進一步去證實。因此,決定以此為實驗方向,比較灸療與遠紅外線儀器照射入體腧穴的良導絡值比較。 本研究主要探討人體施以艾條灸與遠紅外線照射內關穴後對良導絡反應之差異性,以了解遠紅外線是否具有其相似之療效。經分析後發現,遠紅外線照射確實足以影響人體對良導絡之反應,唯遠紅外線照射所產生之照度(I luminance)與艾條灸所產生之照度有所差異,無法呈現與艾條灸相同之良導絡反應差異程度,故建議後續之研究可針對人體穴位建立遠紅外線照度資料庫,以利於將遠紅外線照射應用於灸療法。

The far infrared rays, in the spectrum range of 4-44μm of wavelength that sent out when the moxibustion is burnt, is the same range with the human far infrared ray that launches by oneself. So if shine the acupuncture point with the far infrared ray instrument, the curative effect to the human body, whether there is similar result that moxibustion treats, needing to go still one step further to go verifies. So, determine to regard this as experiment direction to compare the difference after shining the human acupuncture point by moxibustion and far-infrared ray instrument.
