中醫藥可緩解化療藥物對消化道的副作用

摘要

化療藥物在抗癌的同時常常伴有不同程度的消化道反應，以食慾減退、惡心、嘔吐較常見，此外尚有噯氣、呃逆、脘腹飽脹、腹瀉等，使患者對化療產生恐懼，甚至有些病患放棄化療，而失去治療先機。而且，嚴重的消化道反應持續過久，易發生水、電解質紊亂，不但對人體健康帶來威脅，也給週期性化療帶來相當程度的困難。因此配合中醫辨證論治，以中藥治療則可獲得不錯的效果。

The chemotherapy medicine often reacts with the alimentary canal in various degrees while resisting the cancer. The symptoms include poor appetite, qualm, emesis, belch, hiccup, full belly, diarrhea etc. The patients will be frightened take the chemotherapy, even some patients give up chemotherapy, and lose the treatment at the first chance. In addition, the serious alimentary canal reacts and sustains too long, the absorption of water and electrolyte will become disorderly. It not only brings the threat to the health, but also brings the difficulty the periodical chemotherapy too. So cooperate with the Chinese Medicine syndrome can obtain good result.
