摘要

本文主要介紹兩種經絡通經概念：『五門十變法』及『臟腑通治法』的理論及應用法則。此兩種通經概念皆來自於《內經》，是一種『對位法』組合，兩經因為相對應，經氣因此相通，可兩經合用或單用一經以治療疾病。歷代醫家都使用過此法，惟其機理未經明確探討。
『五門十變法』及『臟腑通治法』其範疇已跨越現有表裡經概念，加強非手足同名、非表裡經之間的聯繫，補充中醫學的理論，闡釋中醫診療思路之經絡基礎，擴大應用思路，提昇臨床治療水準及療效，尤其面對多經絡、多臟腑疾患時，透過通經關係，提綱挈領，可取一經治療多經或多臟疾患。

This study introduces two ways of promotion of flow in meridians: the theory and application rules of ”Wu Mun Shie Bein Acupoint Compatibility and Acupoints-Viscera Correlation” and ”Zang Fu Tong Jih Fu”. These two kinds of Tong Jing concept are come from ”Nei Jing”. There belong to a combination of ”contrast methods”. Because two meridians are corresponded each other the Qi of meridians is interconnected. So, both methods and either one of them can be used to treat the disease. This method has been applied by the physicians in the past, but its mechanism has not been discussed definitely.
The scope of ”Wu Mun Shie Bein Fu” and ”Zang Fu Tong Jih Fu” is over the concept of present superficial inner meridians. It strengthens the connection of non-superficial inner meridians with the same name at hand and foot. In addition, it supplements the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, develops the meridian and collateral foundation of Chinese medical treatment, expands the application thinking, and improves the clinical treatment standard and effect. Particularly upon facing the patient with the disorder in multiple meridians and collaterals, and multiple organs, this method can be used for the treatment through promotion of flow in meridians.
