眩暈－中醫治療病例報告
Dizziness Treated with Traditional Chinese medicine-a Case Report
摘要
眩暈是一個十分困擾的主訴，此症狀影響病人日常生活甚劇，西醫認為眩暈與內耳半規管不平衡以及椎底動脈血流量不足有關。對眩暈的治療中醫有它優良的臨床療效，今報導一個67歲女性，頭眩欲嘔、步伐不穩三天，納差，舌胖質青紫，脈數尺弱，診斷為脾腎陽虛，使用中醫治療完全治癒。

Dizziness is a boring chief complaint. The symptom bothers patients with their daily activity. Vertigo is caused by vestibular and labyrinthine dysfunction. Faintness is caused by vertebral-basilar artery flow insufficiency. The clinical response is ourstanding with Chinese medicine for treating dizziness. We reported a case of 67 years-old female. She suffered from vertigo and unsteady gait for three days. Poor appetite was told. The tongue was bluish-purple and large. The pulse was fast and weak. The diagnosis is deficient spleen and kidney yang. The patient's vertigo is cure after taking Chinese medicine.
