中醫治療改善術後坐骨神經痛個案報告

A Case Report of after Surgery Sciatic Symptoms Reappeared, with Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要

老年人因下背痛痠痛麻並牽引雙側下肢，導致無法行走或久站、久坐甚至平躺，X光片顯示腰薦椎退化並有骨刺生成，開始接受復健牽引治療一段時間後，因嚴重下背痛併雙側下肢麻無力無法行走數日，至骨科求診，SLRT（straightleg raising test）：（+），併影像檢查發現腰薦椎退化性改變，決定行腰椎融合術（前融合）手術。手術後坐骨神經壓迫的症狀又出現，透過中醫針灸治療搭配中藥調理，達到病患滿意程度，恢復了健康。
