射干麻黃湯治療咳喘病例報告

A Case Report of Cough and Dyspnea with She Gan Man Huang Tang

摘要

本醫案為64歲女性，約9年前(2007)才被確診為氣喘，並以支氣管擴張劑控制至今。7年前(2009)罹患肺炎後，氣喘相關諸症發作愈益頻繁。個案約10天前(2016.07.08)因咳嗽痰多、喘、鼻過敏等症加劇，前來嘉基中醫部就診。射干麻黃湯臨床上常應用於氣喘衍生之相關症狀如哮鳴或咳嗽，本案以射干麻黃湯為主方進行約2週的治療後，其相關症狀明顯好轉。因此，進一步探討射干麻黃湯對於氣喘相關症狀的治療機轉，以及氣喘諸症常於夜間加重之原因。

A 64-year-old female was diagnosed as asthma about 9 years ago (2007) and began to use bronchodilator. After she suffered from pneumonia 7 years ago (2009), the frequency of asthma-related symptoms increased gradually. 10 days ago, she came to Chinese Medicine Department of Chia-yi Christian Hospital because of intensified cough with sputum, dyspnea, nasal allergy. She Gan Man Huang Tang is often used to treat clinical asthma-related symptoms such as wheezing or cough. The patient was prescribed She Gan Man Huang Tang. After 2 weeks' treatment, the patient's asthma-related symptoms were decreased significantly. Therefore, I take further study of the mechanism of She Gan Man Huang Tang in treating asthma-related symptoms and the reason that asthma often aggravates at night.
