方法:本研究問卷設計以KAB(Knowledge, Attitudes and Behavior)模式為設計基礎,研究對象為在台灣西部醫院工作者,其中不包含醫院的外包人員。

To understand the views of hospital staff on the quality indicators implemented by the hospital. Methods: This research questionnaire is based on the KAB (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) model. The participants of the study were workers in medical institutions in western Taiwan, excluding outsourced personnel. There were 293 valid questionnaires. Analyze data using statistical tools such as descriptive statistics, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Of the participants in this study, 94.2% of the medical institutions where they work will hold regular meetings to review the quality indicators and use them for quality improvement, 88.1% of the medical institutions where they work have provided education and training related to quality indicators, and 67.9% had received quality management training courses. Participants agreed with the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of quality indicators (the average was greater than 3.9 points). The higher the education level, the quality management education training and the knowledge of quality indicators were positively correlated. Male attitudes were negatively correlated with quality indicators. Quality index behavior, "31 to 40 years old", "served as a supervisor", "received quality management education and training", are all positively correlated. Conclusion: The participants in this study have a high degree of knowledge and understanding of the hospital's quality indicators and have positive attitudes and execution behaviors. They are worthy of the quality indicator education and training courses provided by the hospital. It is recommended that medical institutions can pay more attention to the importance of quality indicators. It also enhances the knowledge and attitude of quality indicators, and then improve the behavior of implementing quality indicators.
