腎臟移植後營養照護及食物藥物交互作用

Nutritional Care and Food-Drug Interactions After Kidney Transplantation

摘要


隨著末期腎臟病人口逐年上升,移植已成為腎臟替代治療的一種選擇方式,由於移植技術和免疫抑制藥物的進步顯著提高存活率。但移植術後的代謝改變、蛋白質的異化作用、體內熱量的耗損、體液電解質不平衡,再加上大量免疫抑制藥物可能產生血壓、血糖、血脂等異常。許多研究的結果顯示,提供足夠的營養可以顯著改善這些併發症。然而某些食物造成免疫力改變或影響抗排斥藥物血中濃度,本文闡述術後營養照護方針,做為臨床照護之參考。

As the population of end-stage renal diseases increases gradually, renal transplantation has become a choice of renal replacement therapy. The survival gets significant improvements due to advances in surgical technique and immunosuppressive drugs. Metabolic alteration, the protein catabolism, energy consumption, body fluid and electrolyte imbalance frequently occur. Further, hypertension, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia and other abnormalities result from immunosuppressant consequently follows. It is essential to provide adequate nutrition support. However, we should pay attention to interaction between foods and immunosuppressant. We will discuss about nutritional care after renal transplantation.
