摘要

貧血是血液透析病人常見的臨床問題，其主要原因有病人本身不良的生活習慣及不當的臨床醫護照護策略。因此臨床上若能落實護理照護流程，包含：皮下注射紅血球生成素、改善人工腎臟凝固率、降低血管通路障礙，並針對個別性設計多元化護理衛教模式等，引領病人改變其生活態度，這將是改善腎性貧血，提升日常生活品質的重要目的。

Anemia is a common clinical problem in hemodialysis patients. The main causes included poor living habits of the patients themselves and inadequate nursing strategies. Therefore, if we can improve clinical strategies including subcutaneous erythropoietin injection, decreasing the clotting rate of artificial kidney, reduce vascular access barrier, and individual education planning. We can upgrade the quality of life and provide high quality of nursing strategies in hemodialysis patients.
